What is a SOC?

SOC, short for Security Operations Center, is best described as an advanced command center staffed by cybersecurity specialists.

From here, a company’s network, infrastructure, internet traffic, endpoints, and applications are closely monitored to identify, analyze and evaluate any irregularities in operation.

Our Security Operations Center (SOC) is tightly integrated with the market-leading SOAR platform from D3 Security. The SOAR platform uses processes based on playbooks, which, in addition to following general good security practices, also include our managed use cases.

The use of playbooks ensures fast, efficient, and consistent handling of incidents, minimizing response time. Playbooks are dynamic and are continuously developed and adapted. They are activated automatically when SIEM, EDR, log management, or similar systems alert the SOAR solution.

We operate on a principle of full transparency and therefore give our clients access to the SOAR platform. This gives the customer full insight and the ability to follow the history of all incidents. With access to the SOAR platform, the customer can also use their own playbooks, allowing them to take advantage of the benefits that the SOAR tool offers for incident handling.
