Our Security Operations Center (SOC) is tightly integrated with the SOAR platform from Splunk. Splunk’s SOAR platform uses processes based on playbooks, which, in addition to following general good security practices, also include our managed use cases.

The use of playbooks ensures fast, efficient, and consistent handling of incidents, minimizing response time. Playbooks are dynamic and are continuously developed and adapted. They are activated automatically when SIEM, EDR, log management, or similar systems alert the SOAR solution.

We operate based on a principle of transparency, providing our customers with insight into our handling of security incidents. Although we manage the technical operation, customers always have the ability to track the history and status of all incidents through our reporting.
