The re-establishment of the local Splunk User Groups has been a major success, so it is only natural that Splunk is now expanding the community by launching a Nordic Splunk User Group.
The first Nordic meet-up takes place on November 29th with viewing parties in Finland and Norway and online participation. As with the local user groups, the aim is to create a forum that offers networking, collaboration and knowledge sharing opportunities for Splunk enthusiasts.
While the local user groups have settled into their own ways over the past year, the launch of the Nordic user group introduces a fresh concept. Broadening the horizons to include our Nordic neighbors will undoubtedly enhance the dynamics and further strengthen the sense of community.
By providing a shared forum for Nordic Splunk enthusiasts, Splunk solidifies its strong focus on and encouragement of active knowledge sharing, which benefits both customers and partners.
