What is a SOC?
SOC is short for Security Operations Center, and is perhaps best described as a command center staffed by cybersecurity specialists.
The SOC continuously monitors and improves an organization's security posture making sure that any irregularities are identified, analyzed and evaluated.
Above all else, it is the SOC that detects and ensures rapid response to actual cybersecurity incidents, ensuring that the extent of a potential attack is limited and the damage minimized.

Trifork Security's SOC operates 24/7/365 and is staffed by 35 dedicated consultants, all of whom are located in Denmark. Our SOC is based on best practice processes and state-of-the-art tools, ensuring early detection, visitation and rapid response to security incidents.
The SOC's efficient, consistent and quick handling of cases is achieved partly through training and experience accumulated, and partly through close integration with SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation and Response).

Our SOC is heavily integrated with the market-leading SOAR platform from D3 Security. The SOAR platform's processes are based on playbooks that, in addition to best practices, also include our managed use cases. Playbooks are dynamic and can be developed and adapted continuously.
The use of playbooks ensures fast, efficient and consistent handling of incidents and minimizes reaction time. They are automatically initiated when SIEM, EDR, log-management, etc. alert the SOAR solution.
We prioritise full transparency which is why we provide our customers with access to the SOAR platform. As a result, the customer has full insight and can follow the incident history. With access to the SOAR platform, the customer can also use their own playbooks, which utilize the advantages that the SOAR tool offers for handling incidents.
Trifork Security's SOC is placed in Danmark. All data is stored in our own local data centers.
